According
to the latest figures from the NCAA, they have just
under 8,000 men’s college athletic teams in the
country. Since we are constantly being told that women
are victims of discrimination in sports and require the
help of the federal government, surely the number of
women’s teams must be only a fraction of that figure.
Think again – the number of women’s teams is 8,968.
